Trailer: Kiefer Sutherland’s "Mirrors" Gives Horror Reflection
You may have seen the preview trailer for a new horror movie, Mirrors if you went to the movie theatre this weekend. If you’re like me, you thought at first you were seeing some of the average horror fare, but lo and behold, there was Kiefer Sutherland right in the middle of this! Check out the latest international trailer here:
Some might think that Kiefer does such a great job in 24, as Jack Bauer, that he is forever ruined for horror movies. I’d say don’t jump to conclusions, after all, we are talking about David from The Lost Boys. I think it’s awesome that he’s stepped into this role.
Mirrors follows the story of Ben Carson, a mall security guard who discovers a mystery involving some mirrors in a department store, which seem to bring out the worst in people.
On first look at this trailer, I saw something that resembled a concoction of Dark Water, and other tricks. I hope this one is good. I wouldn’t call this a horror comeback for Sutherland (not that he needs one), but there’s no doubt, we’d all love to see him in another great horror film.
