Fear Itself’s "Eater" Debuts This Week
This week’s episode of NBC’s Fear Itself, Eater, looks just as sinister as the last few. Check out the episode details and actor spotlight after the jump.
Directed by Stuart Gordon (Re-Animator) it follows a police rookie (Elizabeth Moss) who must deal with a special prisoner (Stephen R. Hart) on her first night at the precinct, a deranged serial killer known as “The Eater”. Fear Itself airs on Thursday, July 3, at 10:00 PM.
Spotlight on The Actors
I have to admit, Stephen R. Hart (Silent Hill, Resident Evil: Apocalypse), described as the hazel-eyed, 6′11 Canadian (over at IMDB) is great for what seems to be another villainous role. I speculate by saying “seems” since the amazing directors of these horror anthologies have fooled us a few times. You never know who the monster may be. Last weeks episode was a shocker.
Elizabeth Moss has a recurring role in the series Mad Men, and has been in an assortment of films such as That Thing You Do. In a recent FearNet video interview, she says that what attracted her to the role in “Fear” is that the script has a lot of depth for a TV series, and it was a wonderful opportunity to work on something that is much like Twilight Zone, in that it offers a unique story each week.
