No Halloween is complete without seeing, hearing or watching something with Vincent Price. The man is a horror legacy and yesterday I shared a special video I found called Read, Write and Draw with Vincent Price. The show appeared on the Disney Channel in 1988 and ended in 1990, three years before his death. It may surprise some of you that Price attended Yale School of Art and owned an extensive collection of works which were eventually turned into the Vincent Price Art Gallery. The gallery still thrives today and contains over 2,000 pieces.

I just caught a few commercials for A&E’s Extreme Paranormal which premieres tonight at 10 PM ET.
The show is being pushed as the rebel of the paranormal world.
In “Extreme Paranormal,” irreverent paranormal explorers Shaun, Nathan and Jason investigate chilling local legends, attempting to seek the truth by provoking spirits. Unlike other paranormal investigators, they put themselves directly in harm’s way – taunting ghosts, summoning the dead and daring the demonic to attack.
Shaun Burris and Nathan Schoonover are experienced paranormal investigators that also host a radio show, Ghostman and Demon Hunter, every Sunday.

The first episode of Halo-8’s new illustrated-film Godkiller comes to DVD this Tuesday, Oct 6th. The film will have a limited theatrical release in January 2010, but Halo-8 will be splitting the movie into three limited edition shorts for DVD, released bi-monthly until it hits theaters. Meltdown Comics (Hollywood) will host a free screening on Wednesday, October 7. Space is limited so RSVP to secure free admission.
