I gave you a hint about this in July and today I am beyond excited by the news that Tim Burton has officially signed on for a remake of the popular vampire soap opera, Dark Shadows–set to film in 2010. Equally exciting but not surprising is confirmation of Johnny Depp in the role of lead vampire Barnabas Collins. I’m sure we’ll be seeing some of the other usual suspects and that’s ok by me. ‘Supernatural’ Strong Premiere and Stills From Episode 2!

Supernatural had a great premiere this past Thursday, with some of the strongest ratings the show has ever seen. I guess Lucifer is a hit with the fans–hell yeah! *snort*
Supernatural revolves around Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles)–brothers who hunt demons and other paranormal figures, many of which are based on folklore, myths, American urban legends, and other classic tales. Season five focuses on the release of Lucifer and the impending apocalypse.

‘The Vampire Diaries’ Premieres With Bite: Details on Episode 2!

The Vampire Diaries set the record as The CW’s most watched series premiere ever this past Thursday. The vamps have it!
The Vampire Diaries centers around two vampire brothers–one good and one evil–who vie for the soul of Elena Gilbert. Soon her friends, family and the entire town of Mystic Falls, Virginia are in trouble. Nina Dobrev stars as Elena, bad brother Damon is played by Ian Somerhalder and good brother Stefan is played by Paul Wesley.

Scare Tactics: "Fear Is Funny" Review
Sci-fi’s Scare Tactics premiered last night in two episodes, and I have to say, the laughs were there. “Fear is Funny” has been the tagline of the show in all the TV promos.

Screamstress: Review of "Fear Itself" Debut

If you were anxiously waiting to see Fear Itself’s debut on Thursday, June 5, and wondered just how well the first episode would deliver, I think you were pleasantly greeted with something out of the ordinary.

A whole year passes and we’re at the season finale episode, and you think you know the exact moment Dean Winchester is going to die. Does he die? The episode opened with Dean having a dream of being chased by hellhounds.
