Wicked Vamp Pam Becomes a Regular on ‘True Blood’

December 9, 2009 by Alison

Bitchy vamp Pam, played by Kristin Bauer, has been promoted to a regular player on the HBO series True Blood. She was a guest star for the first two seasons as Eric’s (Alexander Skarsgard) left hand woman at his vampire bar, Fangtasia. She’s cynical, cold hearted and often complains about getting gore on her heels.

Ball has hinted at a lesbian tryst for Pam in Season 3, which started production last week. You can check out some cast changes here.

True Blood is based on the The Southern Vampire Mysteries series of novels by Charlaine Harris. The series centers on Sookie Stackhouse (Anna Paquin), a telepathic waitress at a bar, who falls in love with vampire Bill Compton (Stephen Moyer). The story takes place in a fictional, small northern Louisiana town whose inhabitants struggle to coexist with the undead.
