It is still a rarity that black (African/American) Women get to direct a movie. The gorgeous Geretta managed this amazing feat. Kudos to her– do yourself a favor by checking out her flick!

I was at the Halloween screening of Demons in Hollywood at the New Beverly Cinema. I rarely see horror films (they keep me awake at night) and it was the first time I saw Geretta on the silver screen. What a great actor and screen presence. Now I have to search for more of her work, at the risk of losing sleep!
