‘Night of the Demons’ Still Images

Take a look at some of the still images from the Night of the Demons remake, directed by Adam Gierasch and co-written with Jace Anderson (Autopsy). I know she’s supposed to be in her Halloween costume but Angela (Shannon Elizabeth) looks like a Hot Topic reject. Couldn’t they come up with something more original? And yay for Ed Furlong staying sober long enough to complete this project. If pictures don’t lie, it seems they’re keeping the infamous lipstick scene in the film. Boobies and lip goo–perfect together.

Night of the Demons stars Edward Furlong, Shannon Elizabeth, Monica Keena, and horror hottie Tiffany Shepis among others. Linnea Quigley will make a cameo appearance in the movie. Kevin Tenney, the director of the original film, is a producer. There are several plot differences in the remake, but the Halloween party is still happening and Angela is still throwing it.

The film was bumped from its October release date to February 2010.
