VH1’s Scream Queen Winner Tanedra: "Sister Was Losing Her Mind"

VH1’s Scream Queens crowned their Season 1 winner, Tanedra Howard, a few days ago, and the judges had a tough decision to make. Check out the video of the end of the season finale episode here, as Michelle and Tanedra are “judged” and Tanedra’s awarded the prize!
In a recent Celebreality interview, Tanedra talks about the stress, tears, and winning! She says she thinks she was “losing her mind” for a while.
The whole season was full of intensity, frustration, mind-melting horror scenarios, and courage, all on the part of the wonderful contestants. The final two contestants left standing were Michelle and Tanedra on the season finale, which aired December 14.
After the amazing bootcamp, judgment, and training from horror director James Gunn (Dawn Of The Dead), acting coach John Homa, and SAW actress Shawnee Smith, the ultimate winner, Tanedra, gets a starring “breakout” role in SAW VI, and joins the likes of Jamie Lee Curtis, Sarah Michelle Gellar and Jennifer Love Hewitt as the latest breakout Scream Queen.

ABSOLUTELY. SHE WAS ONE OF MY FAVORITES. SHE KEPT IT REAL. I LIKE THAT. I AM A HORROR MOVIE FANATIC. SHE WAS DEFINITELY THE BEST ESPECIALLY HAVING NO OFFICIAL TRAINING OR EXPERIENCE. A NATURAL. YOU GO GHOUL. JUST A LITTLE HORROR HUMOR.
I knew that she was going to win. She had heart…..plus she really wanted it.
This will be my first saw movie and the only reason is Ms. Howard. I watch the Screm Queen faithfully…. I need that she was going to win cause she had heart and in every challenge she gave 100%.
she was by far the best on the show. If she didn’t win, i would have been highly upset with the judges and the whole production of the show for that matter. I knew from the very first scene they had to act out, that she was a star and was given natural born talent. i can’t wait to see her role in saw six. just do me a favor directors, don’t kill her character off first. Thanks!!!!!!!
Tanedra kicked arse.I got to watch the finale episode this morning at 10.am,5/9/09 on foxtel and when Tanedra won I screamed the house down. From the very first episode I “SAW” how talented Tanedra was and if (Im so gorgous fake tittys,but lack talent and modesty “MICHELLE”had won my t.v would have been kicked in make no mistake .TANEDRA is so beautiful on the inside it just oozes onto her outside as well,having that much acting skill with “NO” training behind her is exstreamly rare.Can’t wait to see her on the big screen.

I so love dis gurl so deserves this chance at this carrer she gave it her all on the challeges and from her wit no traing she still kicked ass dat was a big look on her and dats wats up not only did she do a great job she showed people u dnt have to be like everyone else to fullfill ur dreams u can be ur self and work hard and hold ur head up and believe in gob to help u get wat u want out of .life igive all my blessins to u gurl and u go ahead and do it all the way I will be goin to see dat movie juss for u!!!!
