"Hellboy II: The Golden Army" Special DVD Hits November 11

Hellboy II: The Golden Army’s three Disc Special is going to be released on November 11, 2008, and will feature multiple in-depth bonus features. It includes commentary with cast members Jeffrey Tambor, Selma Blair and Luke Goss.

There are some awesome set visits, including a tour of one of the most unique sets in the film, the Troll Market, via sketches and backstage video. Finally, director Guillermo Del Toro will talk about his work on the film, and there is another special treat for comic fans, an animated Zinco Epilogue comic. Deleted scenes with optional director commentary are also part of this release.

In this amazing sequel, big Red has to save the world…again! Along with his expanding team in the Bureau for Paranormal Research and Development—pyrokinetic girlfriend Liz (Selma Blair), aquatic empath Abe (Doug Jones) and protoplasmic mystic Johann—the BPRD will travel between the surface strata and the unseen magical one, where creatures of fantasy become corporeal.
