"Twilight" Cast Interview Panel at Comic-Con 2008 Is Phenomenal!

Screamstress has been having fun checking out the Twilight screamfest at this weekend’s Comic-Con 2008 in San Diego.

The film stars, author Stephenie Meyer, and the film director Catherine Hardwicke from the upcoming December Twilight movie were in attendance. When they came onstage, the crowd just went wild. Well, they were pretty rabid before they came out actually…in a good way of course!

Details from the panel interview follows after the jump:

The cast members begin by talking about their characters and their abilities, and some stunt work involved in the film. The main thing you get from the videos are how much the fans completely adore everyone involved in this project. You can also tell that the actors are a little bit overwhelmed from all the fan love at the con.

The second interview has horror hottie Robert Pattinson responding to questions from the audience, such as what it’s like to portray a “super hot vampire”. There was one spoiler leaked about the soundtrack….that Robert will be singing. The actors all agreed that the fans are what makes this movie so special.

In Part III, Stephenie responds to a fan’s question of what the inspiration was for writing the book. The author reveals that it actually came from a really great dream.

In Part IV, the actors answer a question regarding the high expectations fans of the book series have of them for the film. It’s obvious the actors care a great deal, as they reveal they all worked really hard for the fans.

In Part V, Rob Pattinson and Kristen Stewart both respond to a fan’s question of what their favorite “Bella and Edward moments” are in the movie. It seemed most of the questions came from young girls and a few Twilight moms. The fans overall had a variety of questions, some hilarious, but all well intended.
