#2: Plumber’s Helper in Sleepaway Camp II: Unhappy Campers
Oh, that Angela! After her wonderful adventures in the first movie—which contains one of the best scenes in horror cinema—she’s back as a perky counselor for Camp Rolling Hills.
Angela believes in clean living and a friendly attitude, and woe to the camper who dares to drink or cuss or have sex! Luckily, just about every camper has a naughty vice, which sends Angela on an awesome killing spree!
There are many wonderful things about this movie, including Pamela Springstein’s terrific acting skills as Angela, and the twisted sense of humor she brings to the role.
But the best part, of course, is the abundance of kewl kills. Soooo many to choose from, whatever shall I do? Well, I’ll just name my favorite.
Cheerleader Ally is a mean camper, who shows her boobies and taunts Angela and the virgin campers. She even cusses and has sex! That’s okay, ‘cuz Angela’s on the job!
After Angela stabs Ally in the back with a screwdriver, she drags the bad girl out to an old privy and forces her head down into the…yup, the poo. Then she shoves her all the way in! Every time Ally tries to get out, Angela pushes her back down with a big stick, until Ally drowns.
Now, I don’t know about you, but I think aspirating on fly-infested poo is probably one of the worst ways to go.
Hooray for Angela, a master of true invention!
